Our culture is knowing a hostile takeover. We must stop rejecting God if we ever want it to end

The recent Texas church shooting, the terrorist driving a truck through a crowd in New York City, and the Las Vegas massacre may seem shocking- but to anyone who has been paying attention, they should not.

Our culture is undergoing a hostile takeover. American society used to be governed by Judeo-Christian do-unto-others lessons. But we have drifted( been pushed, certainly) into a hedonistic YOLO( You Merely Live Formerly ) culture morass. The aftermath of this is a distinct lack of respect for human rights in general, as well as a permeating, insidious preoccupation with self.

This is the “me” generation, the “selfie” culture, the “entitlement” mentality. And exactly what he entitlement, except the egotistical presumption of deserving and asking what is not given?

Our cultural crisis is exhibited by egotistic multimillionaires demonstrating on football fields against the police instead of striving a resolution of raging inner-city brutality; coddled young people requiring free family planning and socialized health care; and even the major media ignoring the corruption trial of Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J.

No amount of self-love can replenish the God-shaped hole in someone’s soul. We are created and called to desire one another, and no self-absorbed spa medication or Instagram post can substitute our innate hankering for love from God.

Another example of the crisis is the lack of notice the mainstream media are compensating to the Clintons’ collusion to sell Russia 20 percent of U.S. uranium.

We’ve replaced our moral imperative to do what’s right with a personal infatuation of what’s in it for ME ?

But no sum of self-love can crowd the God-shaped hole in someone’s center. We are created and called to desire each other, and no self-absorbed spa medication or Instagram post can oust our innate craving for love from God.

The spirit of our time is gradually discovering in our culture a subversive, resolute, and increasing hatred toward God and Christianity, and an irresistible temptation toward villainy that exposes man’s innate hope for capability: a longing to be God.

The Harvey Weinsteins of the world( and they are myriad, both in Hollywood and out) seek to force-out others to do their will, often like they envisage a capricious God would be, if they believed in such a being.

It is much easier, however, to repudiate God than to acknowledge him. God, being good, condemns evil-doers. So, like small children shedding a outburst in a toy accumulate, some people must repudiate the existence of God and his inherent goodness, and lord their superpower over weaker parties. “I can move you watch me shower.”

Society, still trading in our inherited moral capital, might verbally condemn the behaviour. But that’s only lip-service, because we’ve succumbed to the YOLO moral relativism and forgotten our metric for right and wrong.

“I forbid you to see me as a sex object, ” bellowed the gal in the pink hat! And the individuals who allegation they wanted to expose the bully- and they all say that now- confess they were too afraid of punishment. Translation: I like my coin and prestige more than I believe in right and wrong. “Followers” on social media trounce lessons every day of the week in YOLO land.

When a righteous dad want to get expose a high-powered elitist climbing in couch with youngsters, the Hollywood leftists and atheists backed with the pedophile over the conservative. Status is more important than excellence in YOLO land.

The originating YOLO culture is making an effort to stillnes the stalwart disagreement of points. Sentiments are more important than truism in YOLO land.

Threatened by disagreement and advantage, wailing prevail over logic. The YOLO culture attempts not content of attribute, but equality of aftermath. Hatred is so much easier than forgiveness.

Self-destructive loathing and jealousy roots from the hypocrisy that started in kindergarten, when children are learnt: You are an accident of sort, and survival of the fittest is the law of the ground. Now, don’t bully.

And so, they doubt the dark abyss of irreligion, even as they espouse it.

Attacks against the only one who preached forgiveness and prayer, goodness and adore- and any who support him- will increase: He objection the YOLO worldview taught in public school.

As it becomes more and more costly to be an adherent of Christianity, with narrations of the abuse of bakers, florists, teaches, and T-shirt creators sprinkling across newspapers every day, the truth gatherings defenders.

Though meant to intimidate us, these storeys do the opposite. They startle Christians to stand firm following the conclusion of see, and the treaty that outdoes it.

The people who still trade in the Judeo-Christian ethic of “love one another” and “life has value” are not announced plainly to defend their position, but to fight for it, before the overwhelming tide of YOLO selfishness inundates us with the intolerance and intolerance integral to the religion of self.

The YOLO culture segments people against the each other.

To survive and prosper as a society, we must reaffirm our Judeo-Christian patrimony, indivisible, under God. Because if you exclusively live once, it’s survival of the fittest, and it’s all about you , then rules are meaningless.

A recovering international fashion model who adores shoes, Sam Sorbo raised the cinema “Let There Be Light, ” opening October 27 th.
